The Platform
The "SONADIA" NFT Web3 platform revolutionizes digital audio content by rewarding users with unique NFTs through blockchain technology, creating a fair and transparent ecosystem for creators, listeners, and advertisers.

Challenge
Sonadia utilized three methods to track user loyalty.
However, we lack the time and budget to develop a ticketing, sales, and tracking system for artists' live events.

Action
We are actively seeking integration with another ticketing platform called Blocklive.io. As the sole designer, I was responsible for collaborating with the Blocklive engineering and design teams to sync the in-person claim flow and design guidelines.
Step 1: Reillustrate the reward claim flow with the engineering team.
Step 2: Redefined our design system and wrote design documents for the design team to ensure the guidelines were followed.

Outcome
Our two teams synchronized the design solution within the claim reward flow, successfully solving the problem and boosting user attendance from 6 to 62 in two weeks.

Next, I crafted multiple concept designs for the platform, prioritizing user-friendliness and ease of navigation. After incorporating feedback from the team, I refined and finalized a version. Collaborating closely with the development team, I provided design specifications and guidance to ensure seamless integration and implementation of the platform.

Take away
The newly launched music streaming platform received high praise from the founders and successfully drew in new Web3 artists. My product design for Sonadia played a pivotal role in enhancing their service, and solidifying their position in the competitive music streaming market, resulting in heightened business activity and positive feedback.
